Welcome to the Platform Guide
A quick, visual walkthrough to help you get set up and make the most of the platform.

Profile Setup

  • Go to My Account → Settings.
  • Complete three areas:
    • Profile details — upload a photo and add basic info.
    • Contact details — add your phone and choose visibility.
    • E-mail notifications — choose how you receive updates.
  • When you finish, your profile appears in My Profile.
Tip: Profiles with clear photos are discovered and trusted faster.

Contacts

  • View your contacts in a single list.
  • Search and filter to find people quickly.

Dashboard

  • See an overview of the whole platform.
  • Use the gear icon (top right) to choose which tabs are shown.
  • Drag and drop to arrange what matters most.

News

  • Browse community updates.
  • Post your announcements and updates.
  • Create customised posts for your audience.

Forum

  • Share knowledge and ask questions.
  • Find legal updates and business opportunities.
  • Request help or partnerships and offer expertise.

Events

  • Explore upcoming community and business events.
  • Register or RSVP inside the platform.
  • Create and promote your own events.

User Directory

  • Discover Romanian entrepreneurs in Birmingham.
  • Search by name to connect and collaborate.

Messages

  • Chat privately with members.
  • See member photos and profiles.
  • Add selected members to your contacts.

Interactive Map

  • Explore UK businesses with at least one Romanian director.
  • See names and postcodes of businesses in Birmingham and beyond.
  • Find businesses near you.
